Our bodies are more than 60 percent water; our brains are around 80 percent water. Drinking enough good quality water is supremely important for good health. Adding a few pieces of cucumber and a slice of lemon to a pitcher of water and letting it sit for a few hours greatly alkalizes the water. This alkalized water is fantastic for your body. Many aches and pains and various diseases, gastrointestinal issues in particular, can be resolved by drinking this water throughout the day.
